by BoxingBet.pl: According to Ukrainian media, on August 28th in Hamburg, Germany will take place the first press conference promoting a fight between WBA/IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (58-3, 51 KO) and Mariusz Wach (27-0, 15 KO) of Poland. On this meeting promoters will officially announce the exact date of the fight, which has been initially planned for late November or early December.
32-years old Wach will be the fourth Polish contender in history who will try to get the world title in the heavyweight division. The other three ones who tried to do it were Andrew Golota (fourfold), Albert Sosnowski and Tomasz Adamek. None of those fighters have got a championship belt.
