Juan Francisco Estrada – Raymond Tabugon on 10/8

Latin Sports, the leading Hispanic Sports Promotions and Management Company is pleased to announce that its premier fighter, former WBO and WBA Flyweight Champion, Juan “El Gallo” Estrada (32-2, 24 KOs), is scheduled to fight Filipino boxer Raymond Tabugon (18-5-1, 8 KOs) in a 10-round fight on October 8, 2016 at the Estadio Francisco León García, in Estrada’s hometown of Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico.

Both of these young men are highly respected boxers and this fight is going to be an entertaining match. The Mexican champ, Juan Estrada is known as a ferocious power-punching fighter with an incredible sense of timing, and he has proven himself with WBO/WBA titles which he has both won and defended successfully. Estrada is one of the most versatile boxers who constantly adapts himself to his competitor’s tactics, rendering him a force to be reckoned with in the ring. Raymond Tabugon is a skillful fighter who has gone up against some big names, and he is a formidable competitor.

Juan “El Gallo” Estrada officially vacated his World Boxing Organization and World Boxing Association flyweight titles so he can move up in weight to 115 pounds and pursue who many feel is the #1 Pound-for-Pound boxer in the world, Roman “Chocolatito” Gonzalez.
