Iron Boy Promotions Livestream tonight

Tonight, Iron Boy Promotions continues to raise the bar with its online production when it offers boxing fans its free webcast of Iron Boy 20 in both English and Spanish. Viewers will have the opportunity to enjoy a high-quality, high-definition live stream of fight night, beginning at 7:30PST at www.ironboyboxing.com.

The English commentating team will consist of veteran play-by-play broadcaster Jim Grieshaber and boxing analyst James Myhre. The Spanish broadcasting duties will be handled by SiTV’s Edgar Guerrero and boxing analyst Maximo Rivera II. Spanish viewers can look forward to an appearance by former world champion Erik Morales.

Daron “Sweet Tay” Williams will open the broadcast in a Featherweight clash with Texas’ Christian Juneau. In the second fight of the evening, Super Flyweight Cameron Dunkin Management prospect Alexis “Gavilan” Zazueta faces a tough Saul Hernandez, who hails from Tijuana Mexico. Carlos “The Chosen One” Castro faces Los Angeles’ Raymond Chacon in a featherweight bout, and in the co-main event, Joey “Boxer” Ruelas competes with Texas’ Raheem Gordon at Middleweight.

In the main event, David Benavidez (7-0, 6KO) will compete for the NABF Youth Light Heavyweight Title versus tough and tested veteran Rollin Williams (23-20-2, 8KO). Benavidez is emerging from the shadow of his older brother, WBA Interim Super Lightweight Champion Jose Benavidez, Jr., his own fighter, and a force to be reckoned with in the ring. David made his professional debut in Mexico at the age of 16, after gaining notoriety among boxing fans and media for sparring such ring talents as Gennady Golovkin, Lateef Kayode, Kelly Pavlik and Peter Quillin at only fifteen years old. The older Benavidez brother will defend his WBA title versus Jorge Paez Jr. in Iron Boy Boxing’s next event, a co-promotion with Top Rank Boxing on May 15th, slated to take place at US Airways Arena, home of the Phoenix Suns, in Phoenix, Arizona.

“I feel like in a small way, we’re making history with this webcast,” said Iron Boy Boxing Promoter Roberto Vargas. “We’ve always streamed our events live and free, and we’ve always wanted to give the viewers the option to choose between watching a Spanish or English broadcast. I’m excited that for our milestone 20th event, we can finally offer that to boxing fans.”

Viewers worldwide can enjoy the dual-cast event beginning at 7:30PST at www.ironboyboxing.com.
