Footasylum Sign Exclusive Sponsorship Deal With Frank Warren And Boxnation

Fast-moving street and sportswear retailer Footasylum have signed an exclusive sponsorship deal with Frank Warren and BoxNation for this weekend’s two Championship boxing events on BoxNation.

The agreement will see Footasylum take centre stage as title sponsor on two important nights for British boxing. First up on 25th November at the Brentwood Centre in Essex, British Welterweight Champion Bradley Skeete makes the first defence of his title against John Thain and on the 26th November at the Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff, the much anticipated WBO World Lightweight Championship clash between Manchester’s Terry Flanagan and Orlando Cruz.

Commenting on the new partnership Footasylum’s Tom Makin said:

” The association with both Frank Warren and BoxNation will put Footasylum in front of our core customers for the first time via 2 live title fights. Our brand and product positioning fits perfectly with the vision and sporting values of Frank Warren. This is very much the start of a very exciting relationship.”

Footasylum is one of the UK’s fastest growing street and sportswear retailers with 56 stores across the country. At the heart of Footasylum’s retail story are leading brands such as Kings Will Dream, Nike, Adidas, Ralph Lauren, Nicce and Converse.

Frank Warren, Chairman of BoxNation, said:

” I am delighted to welcome Footasylum as one of our valued sponsors, their brand is an excellent one and we are delighted to have them on board as title sponsors for this weekend’s two excellent events from Brentwood and Cardiff. Flanagan v Cruz and Skeete v Thain are two great events for them to get started on for their entry into boxing with us and we look forward to working together on many more events after that.

” With the recent announcement of our deal which will see us bring 20 events to BT Sport next year, as well as BoxNation included in BT Sport’s channel pack, we are excited to be further strengthening our offering to event sponsors in 2017.”
