Joey Rios-Raul Llopsis Highlights MetroTV's Star Boxing Card, August 16

NEW YORK (August 11, 2003) - Bronx native Joey Rios' six-round decision over Raul Llopsis headlines MetroTV's Star Boxing card this Saturday afternoon 3-4 p.m. on Cablevision channel 60 and Time Warner Cable channel 70. Promoted by Star Boxing Promotions in conjunction with Final Forum, the bout originated from Jimmy's Bronx Café in the Bronx on Friday night, August 8.

Rios (5-0, 3KOs) put on a great show for his hometown fans in out pointing Llopsis (3-7-1). Also featured on the card was Pasquel Rouse's third round TKO over Ramon Disla.
