Ryszard Koczura

24.11 - Unbeaten prospect Krzysztof "Diablo" Wlodarczyk can count himself lucky after scoring a TKO 12 victory over Ismael "Cool" Abdoul in Opole, Poland.

Abdoul frustrated the local favourite with stiff jab, and was well on the way to point win, when Wlodarczyk floored him with thunderous left hook in round twelve. The Belgian managed to beat the count on shaky legs, but the referee waved off the fight at the 2.10 mark. 21-year-old Pole Wlodarczyk, currently ranked IBF #13 and WBC #14, retained his IBF Intercontinental Title at 190 lbs, and improved to 19-0 with 15 knockout wins. Abdoul dropped to 18-2, 7 KO's.

On the undercard, IBF Youth Light Welterweight Champion Krzysztof Bienias (15-1, 6 KO's) survived two knockdowns to get a nod over Frenchman Franck Patte (10-2, 2 KO's) in an eight-rounder. The decision was booed by the audience who saw Patte as the winner.

Other results:

Jacek Bielski W 6 Artur Drinej (welterweights)
Matt Zegan TKO 1 Anton Glofak (super featherweights)
Tomasz Bonin TKO 1 Peter Simko (heavyweights)
