TEAMCANNON ESPN2 DATE FIRMS UP!

11.05 - Undefeated TEAMCANNON middleweight Rubin Williams has been assigned an opponent for the team's national TV debut on ESPN2, set for June 13 at Detroit's Joe Louis Arena. Williams 18-0 (10 KO) will fight Columbian slugger Epifanio Mendoza in an eight round bout on 'Friday Night Fights'. Mendoza has won all 16 of his victories by KO!

Mendoza gained international recognition last October when he KO'd hot contender Tokunbo Olajide in the first round. His record stands at 16-2-1.

TEAMCANNON's heavyweight Leo Nolan 18-0 has yet to find an opponent for the June fight. Stablemate, Cruiser Rydell Booker 19-0 is scheduled to fight former IBF champ 'King' Arthur Williams 37-8-1 on the same card.

The Detroit trio has amassed a professional record of 55-0 since turning pro just 20 months ago. Nolan is ranked # 5 by the NABA and Williams holds the # 6 spot. Booker is ranked # 3 by the NABA and NABF while holding the WBC # 14. Booker also holds the WBC youth belt.
