Tyson Fury: “David Haye Is Getting Smashed”

Hennessy Sports and Hayemaker Boxing are delighted to announce that the official Fury vs. Haye weigh-in, scheduled for Friday, September 27, will take place inside the Phones 4 U Arena, Manchester, and be open to the general public.

There is a limited amount of free tickets released through the Phones 4 U Arena Box Office and also eventim.co.uk, which carry a booking fee of £2.50 per transaction up to four tickets and are on sale now.

The weigh-in itself will commence at 12.30pm (doors open at 11.30am) and every boxer scheduled to appear on the Fury vs. Haye fight card will tip the scales.

Of course, due to the expected high demand, fans are urged to snap up their tickets as soon as possible for this event.

Tyson fury has been training hard deep in the Belgium countryside in the quiet town of Essen just on the Dutch border, the heavyweight giant is preparing for the biggest fight of his professional career against countryman and former heavyweight world champion David Haye.

Fury, 25, has been locked away from all the distractions that have in the past threatened to derail his promising career, he is living the life of a world class athlete now and is promising to put an end to the Hayemakers career when they clash on September 28th in Manchester.

6’9″ Mancunian Fury, will have home advantage in this highly anticipated matchup, that will almost certainly see the victor in line to face Wladimir or Vitali Kiltschko for their world title belts next year.

Video: Hughie Fury Sparring Steve Cunningham, Eddie Chambers

Unbeaten heavyweight prospect from Manchester Hughie Fury spars here at his training camp in Essen Belgium against former two time cruiserweight champion Steve ‘USS’ Cunningham, former world title challenger ‘Fast’ Eddie Chambers and Derby’s unbeaten light-heavyweight prospect Arfan ‘Major’ Iqbal.

Hughie, 18, was in the last week of training here for his 9th professional fight against Shane McPhilbin. Hughie went on to win the fight via a 1st round retirement after McPhilbin suffered a damaged shoulder.

Now unbeaten in 9 fights with 6 wins by knockout, Hughie has only been a professional for 6 months, keeping busy he hopes to continue that run and dreams of beating the record set by Mike Tyson, by becoming the youngest heavyweight champion of the world before his 21st birthday.
