Tonight from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, Tim Bradley and Manny Pacquiao will compete for the WBO Welterweight title in the main event of a four bout HBO PPV, presented by Top Rank, Inc.

The broadcast is slated to begin at 9PM EST/6PM PST, and can be viewed through regional cable and satellite distribution, as well as online streaming access through http://www.toprank.com/livestream for $59.95 in SD, and $69.95 in HD viewing.

The reigning title holder is coming into this fight brimming with confidence after decisively out pointing four division world champion and Mexican fight legend Juan Manuel Marquez last year. Despite not getting the recognition of many fight fans and boxing critics after getting the split decision win over the Pacman in 2012, Tim Bradley remains one of the more confident fighters in the entire sport.

Although Manny Pacquiao was indeed victorious in November of last year, pitching a shut-out over former 140 pound title holder Brandon Rios, many questions remain as to whether or not the eight division world champion still possesses the hunger and “killer instinct” to dominate at the elite level.

While both fighters bring similar attributes into the ring…speed, footwork, elite level athleticism, mental and physical durability, Tim Bradley seems to have the advantage in ring intelligence and adaptability.

What the undefeated champion lacks in world class power, he more than makes up for it with conditioning, ring intelligence, toughness, heart, and determination.

Even though trainer Freddie Roach insists that Manny Pacquiao does indeed have the tenacity and hunger to knock-out his opponent tonight, he’ll have to use much more tact than mere aggression and punch volume to get the job done.

Manny will have to use his footwork to limit the movement of the two division world champion to set up his power shots. The Pacman will have to work intelligently using feints and upper body movement to avoid getting countered as he’s working his way in firing range.

If he can use his footwork and hand speed to move in and out of punching range while firing off quick combinations, Manny could win back his title and some of the momentum he lost in 2012.
