Trained in California under the guidance of Canelo Álvarez’s respected trainer, Eddy Reynoso, Cuban-born Sánchez (22-0, 15 KOs) made waves in the heavyweight division with his victory over previously undefeated Efe Ajagba in October 2021. Recently, he made quick work of Daniel Martz in just one round. Standing against him is 34-year-old Alexander (17-5-2, 9 KOs), who recently scored a knockout against Jaime Solorio in August 2022.

Representing Ukraine with a bronze medal at the 2012 Olympics, Gvozdyk (19-1, 15 KOs) turned professional in 2014 and climbed the ranks to win the WBC title. After a title loss to Artur Beterbiev, he scored two victories in 2023. His opponent, Rodrigues (28-4, 22 KOs) from Brazil, has a respectable career dating back to 2005.

2012 U.S. Olympian Gausha (23-3-1, 12 KOs), now representing Encino, Calif., has had a solid career with respectable performances. He is set to fight Leatherwood (23-8-1, 13 KOs), a seasoned fighter who’s faced many great opponents.

The non-broadcast undercard features 140-pound contender Gabriel Valenzuela (27-3-1, 16 KOs) against Yeis Gabriel Solano (15-2, 10 KOs), amateur debutant Curmel Moton fighting Ezequiel Flores (4-0, 3 KOs), and rising super featherweight Justin Viloria (3-0, 3 KOs) going head to head with Chicago’s Angel Barrera (4-2).

To wrap up the lineup, unbeaten prospects from Kazakhstan, Bek Nurmaganbet (10-0, 8 KOs) and Abilkhan Amankul (4-0, 4 KOs), will be featured in their respective fights, promising an exciting evening of boxing action.
