10th Annual “An Evening Ringside” set for Thursday!

On Thursday November 12, 2015, The Jonathan Ogden Foundation hosts the 10th Annual “An Evening Ringside”, live from Martin’s Valley Mansion in Cockeysville, Maryland.

The Foundation was established in 1996 and was designed to assist young people in disadvantaged communities develop self-esteem via education and athletics. Over the years, many events and activities have taken place to help raise money, quite often on the dime of the man himself, Mr. Ogden. In order to take things to a higher level, the Foundation held its First Annual Celebrity Golf Tournament in 2002.

In 2006, the First Annual “An Evening Ringside” was held and we are happy to say that years later it’s still going! Many thanks go to contributions from celebrities, sponsors, and everyday people who take time and donate.

On Thursday’s fight card main event, Jennifer “The Bolivian Queen” Salinas (17-3, 4 KOs) takes on Melissa “Little Miss Tyson” St Vil (6-1-3, 0 Kos). At stake will be Salinas’s’ Universal Boxing Federation (UBF) World female super featherweight title.

In the co-feature, Tyrieshia “Lady Tiga” Douglas (9-1, 4 KOs) faces Nydia Feliciano (8-6-3, 0 KOs) for the Universal Boxing Federation (UBF) World female bantamweight strap.

Also slated to appear is Baltimore’s Kevin “The Scarecrow” Womack as he faces knockout artist Ed “Bad Boy” Brown (13-0, 11 KOs).

Joshua Davis (9-1, 4 KOs) out of Washington, DC faces Justin Lopez (5-3, 5 KOs). Rounding out the card will be Norfolk, VA native Chris Alexander (4-1, 3 KOs) as he takes on Florida’s Leonardo Kenon.
