Fox Sports 1 has announced that Haymon’s PBC will be the networks exclusive boxing content provider in a deal signed through June 2016. In that span Fox Sports 1 has agreed to air 21 PBC cards as part of their “Toe-To-Toe Tuesdays” series that will -as the advertising slogan suggests- be aired on Tuesday nights.

Al Haymon - Gerald N. (Delray Beach, FL): Both Top Rank and Goldenboy Promotions have initiated lawsuits against Al Haymon and the "Premier Boxing Champions" movement. What are your thoughts and what light can you shed on whether or not these lawsuits hold any weight?

Gerald N. (Delray Beach, FL): Both Top Rank and Goldenboy Promotions have initiated lawsuits against Al Haymon and the “Premier Boxing Champions” movement. What are your thoughts and what light can you shed on whether or not these lawsuits hold any weight?

Vivek W. (ESB): At this stage, I think it’s far too early to really know or accurately say “how much weight” the separate lawsuits hold. There’s been a ton of information released, but with respect and integrity for the lawsuits independently, there’s still a ton of things we as fans and media simply don’t know. From the outside looking in, my position all along has been that it’s an uphill battle for the parties pursuing matters, for the simple fact that the man being pursued (Al Haymon) has the absolute allegiance of every fighter on his roster, and each and every last one of them has his back with total support.

Roach: Haymon won’t let his fighters face Pacquiao, he’s scared

Al Haymon - Freddie Roach, the trainer for WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao, says that high powered adviser/manager Al Haymon won’t let his fighters like Danny Garcia and Floyd Mayweather Jr fight Pacquiao because he’s scared of him. Roach doesn’t buy the excuses about the fighters and Haymon not liking Bob Arum of Top Rank. Roach thinks Haymon is basically afraid of the 35-year-old Pacquiao.

“Al Haymon will not fight Manny Pacquiao, guarantee that,” Roach said to Rappler.com. “Because they’re scared, all of them. His lead guy all the way down. It’s not going to happen. All of the excuses about they don’t like Bob Arum; it’s just excuses.”

Abner Mares signs with Al Haymon

Al Haymon - Adviser Al Haymon signed former 3 division world champ Abner Mares (27-1-1, 14 KOs) to a contract on Thursday. Mares is still trying to rebuild his career, so Haymon might be able to assist him in getting him some more tune-up fights and then eventually a world title shot.

Adviser Al Haymon signed former 3 division world champ Abner Mares (27-1-1, 14 KOs) to a contract on Thursday. Mares is still trying to rebuild his career, so Haymon might be able to assist him in getting him some more tune-up fights and then eventually a world title shot.

Mares’ contract with Golden Boy Promotions reportedly expires in November, and it’s unknown at this point whether he’ll stay with them or move on to another promoter like Mayweather Promotions.

It seems that in the recent weeks Al Haymon has been a very busy man. Haymon is one of the most mysterious men in boxing because he is rarely photographed at boxing events. He also has been called one of the most influential figures in boxing. He is known to have great relationships with cable networks and his fighters get plenty of exposure due to this. Well these past couple of weeks Haymon has been signing everyone under the sun. His most recent signing is rumored to be Robert Guerrero, just last week it was Amir Khan.
