WBO bantamweight Latino Champion, Emmanuel ‘Manny’ Rodriguez ( 11-0, 7 KO’s ) from Puerto Rico, defeated Hungarian, Gabor Molnar ( 16-7, 10 KO’s ) by TKO in the second round in a 10 round maint event bout held at the Francisco ‘Pancho’ Deida Coliseum in Hatillo, Puerto Rico. Rodriguez was suposed to face Dominican title contender, Luis Hinojosa but visa issues cancelled the fight. Molnar entered the fight as a one week replacement. The WBO Latino belt was not on the line because Molnar is not latino.
