Donaire is the best fighter out there. He deserves all the praise he’s getting recently with Fighter of the Year honors from Ring Magazine and ESPN. This fight against Rigondeaux will be amazing no matter what. If Rigondeaux is exposed (unlikely) than that adds to Donaires legacy. If Rigondeaux win?!?! (also unlikely) than a new champ is on the block and maybe we get an exciting rematch or tilogy. If it’s a close fight? Same thing… maybe we get a rematch or trilogy. I can’t see a downside to this fight. There is the possibility it’ll be a stinker, but I highly doubt it. Set your DVR’s for this one!!!

This fight is going to happen because Donaire will fight him! Well I hope because I don’t think people and HBO will care much longer about these crap fights! We all know that Arum real money man is almost done! I don’t believe that Arum made an offer to Goldenboy! We all know that Arum is a lair and pig!

Donaire will destroy Rigo, Rigo has no chin, his age is coming against him Donaire is a true student of the game he will have the right game plan to Ko Rigo in no time-peace

The same pillow puncher who beat Broner in the amateurs, if they would of let that kid get a few more fights under his best he would of had a better chance, He’s definitely got some talent. Not like you who sucks at making any type of smart boxing comments. Stick to watching UFC lame

Gary Hyde deserves a mention here. I know for a fact that he’s worked tirelessly for this this fight. Hopefully some of his up & comers such as Mark Heffron & “Waldo” Walsh get to showcase themself’s on the undercard.

Donaire, as great as he is to the trained eye, gets too much stick from the armchair who flicks from WWE, to UFC and to the marquee nights. Donaire is very underrated and will dispatch Rigondeaux without breaking sweat. Arum ain’t throwing his cash cow under the bus!

Everyone wants this fight, everyone except one: Nonito…he knows that Rigo is not Vazques nor Arce…he knows that his dolar machine is goning to stpo when Rigo KO him…

This is an excellent match-up! This fight needs to happen. I think Donaire is a bit faster, has more pop and does a few things that aren’t in the boxing how-to book that will give Rigo troubles, so I think Donaire will get the win, but it sure won’t be easy. Rigo’s very solid fundamentals and good counter punching is going to make for one heck of a test of Donaire’s brilliance.

What pillow puncher wobbled Rigondeaux?

I meant Arce not Mares, but if Mares fights Nonito, Donaire will KO him in six.

Rigo is about to find out the difference in fighting nobodies like in his 11 pro fights and fighting a fighter who has broken jaws and retired elite fighters lie Nishioka and Mares. The over-hyped thrash-talker will wish he was back in the olympics fighting three rounders and wearing headgear to protect his glass chin, From what I see of him taking hits from pillow punchers that he fought and being wobbled, one left from Nonito will be all it takes to put Rigo in La La land. I can hardly wait !!!

Rigondeaux has been on the shelf for a while. Would have liked to see him get a fight in before Donaire, but you take what you can get.

Of course Arum wouldn’t make a serious offer for the Mares fight we all knew that.
