IMO, Chavez Jr. also lacks the reach for his style to be effective at light-heavy. he would have to totally revamp his defense and significantly improve his head movement to not always be beaten to the punch v. bigger, stronger, and longer fighters.

“Chavez Cheato Jr. typically comes into his 160lb fights weighing over 182+lbs..”

He needs to move up to at least the light heavyweight division P.E. but he has likely delayed doing so because even though he has an iron chin, it may not be so steely against a significantly bigger guy. Like Kovalev, for instance.

“BOXTRA Nothing wrong with your prediction BUT.. you said the very SAME thing when they announced their first fight, remember.”

Of course he doesn’t remember. He’s never wrong. LMAO!

BoxRetard your predictions suck. You never take responsibility for the 90% wrong predictions you make anyhow so they’re meaningless.

Ha, I was thinking the same. There’s a lot of pro boxers with terrible problems in basic technique. You don’t bite your lip and you don’t open your mouth. Unless you want your lip to get sliced off and your jaw broken.

he may be pro but its a bad habit hitting biting you lip while hitting the bag

Sheriff Joe’s chicken

I think Jr. will KO Vera. just a hunch

Vera…, “I did all of my training times two. This has been the longest camp of my career. I sparred against heavyweights to get ready for Chávez Jr. I am going to beat him for the second time. Everyone knows I won the first fight. This is a serious fight with only one ending …I will get my hand raised.”

I don’t think you necessarily go harder in camp to get better results. Not twice as hard anyway. And you don’t use heavyweights for sparring partners unless you’re going to fight one … You use light heavyweights if you’re fighting Chavez Jr. LHWs who walk around at 185-190.

Vera won’t get the D unless he wins 8 rounds solidly.

Jr looks lighter than last time out. Maybe he actually trained this time. If so he should win.
