agree with cap69

Posted January 17, 2014 5:35 pm

who said fury could write.

Posted January 17, 2014 3:11 pm

Bob Bontar

I will fight Fury, right now

Posted January 17, 2014 1:14 pm

Op Amp

I know Wilder’s resume is WEAK, but I still say, that Fury should send a letter of thank you, to ANYONE, who steared him away from Wilder! Wilder is COMPLETELY wrong for Fury! I got a feeling that Fury is about to be “hidden away” in London for a few BS money fights, like Chisora.

Posted January 17, 2014 11:09 am

Don’t like Fury but it’s harsh to get dropped down the rankings when it was the other guy who pulled out twice and when the same organisation continues to persist with this Champion emeritus rubbish for someone who says he has retired im sure they could have looked at Fury a bit more favourably, and whilst im on that subject at what point will the W.B.C say ok times up no more Champion emeritus

Posted January 17, 2014 7:45 am

Had to retract; otherwise, future big paydays in jeopardy.

Posted January 17, 2014 2:07 am

RIP Trigger. Still, out of London now!!

Posted January 16, 2014 10:38 pm

A letter written with a crayon and thumbprints all over it? Sounds like that would be written by a rioter or a street mugger from Tottenham or South London. Some rathole like that anyway.

Posted January 16, 2014 10:35 pm

Yep, just found out. It’s kind’a off the subject but WBC Prez Jose Suliaman passed away!

Posted January 16, 2014 9:41 pm

Jose Sulaiman

Posted January 16, 2014 9:23 pm

Fury needs to get busy and get some fights on his resume. Sign on Down Towne Browne, sign on Prerez, sign on Haye, sign on Arreola, leave Derek alone cause you already beat that guy. Sign on Wilder, sign Donner and Blitzen, just get it on. Sign Povetkin.

Posted January 16, 2014 8:04 pm

Ratsa frats a fritza pratt. See what Im sayin, hear what Im sayin, sow what Im sayin.

Posted January 16, 2014 8:01 pm

Tyson Fury would probably not of got sued by the WBC, it was the truth, but he has had big fights cancelled and he hasn’t fought for a while, if it wentt court he probably be not fighting again for a year, Fury is a Boxer, he wants to fight, not get tangled up in red tape.

Posted January 16, 2014 7:49 pm

If that statement had been written in crayon and thumb-print-paint then I’d have believed it was sincere and written by Tyson, but it’s got Fwank Warrrrren written all over it!

Posted January 16, 2014 7:36 pm

But the WBC stripped him of his title because Roy Jones said he was not going to heavyweight after all and gave the relinquished title back to Roy Jones, that is why the WBC got sued by Rocchigianni.

Posted January 16, 2014 6:30 pm

Rocchigianni sued the WBC for $31 Million in 2003, he won the title against Michael Nunn.

Posted January 16, 2014 6:27 pm

Thought so…

Posted January 16, 2014 6:10 pm

In a way, the ‘Fists of Fuzzy’ prick on here has a point, for once. Tyson meant what he said. Anyway, let’s hope Fury gets busy in the ring 2014 meeting some good opponents.

Posted January 16, 2014 5:52 pm

It was’nt the smartest of things to say seeing he wants to fight for the title.

Still, another classic case of Mr Fury, Foot in Mouth syndrome.

Posted January 16, 2014 5:48 pm

Tyson is somewhat of a whistle blower of sorts but when the going tuff he put away his whistle and instead stared blowing the WBC. I guess a man has to make a living.

“The WBC is a well financed governing body which means they always suck like a parasite.” – They may be now but when they lost that multi-million dollar lawsuit in the 90s they were about to go bankrupt. Unfortunately the fighter whose name I can’t recall settled out of court because he was broke. The WBC is an ongoing criminal enterprise that should be shut down.

“I do not believe that the WBC or any of its members acted improperly in the heavyweight division, but having fought a WBC eliminator (which I know and understand was not a final eliminator)…” – Not a final eliminator but you know the WBCriminals charged a sanctioning fee anyhow. Fury’s prior statements were fact, now he’s retracting them because they threatened to sue him. GTFO WBC.

Fists of Fuzzy

Typical w@nker Fury doesn’t have the courage to stand by his comments. If you believe in something and according to most he was correct in his statement, then show some courage and keep to your words. There are 3 other major titles he can line up for. The true cowardness of Fury is that he just doesn’t want to face top contenders to get his shot and being dropped in the rankings, now he just might have to. He has run from Price, Wilder, Pulev and now Browne and this shows his true colours.

Posted January 16, 2014 3:27 pm

Why isn’t Sulaimen dead yet, Mexican terrorist.

Posted January 16, 2014 3:16 pm

Curtis Lowe

Benjamin Franklin – you have a very good idea for Fury, let KO the bums Wilder has and he should soar up the ranking.

Posted January 16, 2014 3:15 pm

rumour has it fury”s going on the voice.

Posted January 16, 2014 1:55 pm

Right on Ben Franklin.

Posted January 16, 2014 1:16 pm

If he wants to fight for the WBC Title he should keep quite . Alright if he was prepared to walk away but it’s a bit like trashing your employer and not expecting the boot.

He really should stop twittering and just do what he does best and fight, even a b level fight to stay busy and keep the ring rust in check.

Posted January 16, 2014 12:51 pm

like i said!f~k of Branston

Posted January 16, 2014 12:50 pm

Brandon’s former headmaster

Brandon, you silly boy. What have I told you about your decorum in public before? Detention for you, my lad!

Posted January 16, 2014 12:37 pm

Yes keep fighting and praying because For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

In other words, the governments of the world are vectors of evil

Progress in the work for Tyson Fury :-), good. Mabey in the end there is hope for him but to early to say.

Posted January 16, 2014 12:31 pm

Benjamin franklin

Tyson should just fight Wilder’s best opponents every month. By Christmas he’d have ko’d another 12 stiffs and be ranked high with the WBC. Thats what I call management !

Posted January 16, 2014 12:29 pm

He must have been a sensible man. That you are so stupid that you cannot grok the fact that Fury bet on David Haye for a huge payday and lost, is probably why your headmaster identified you as an idiot early on. It was Fury’s fault that he chased the big money and lost out, nobody elses.

Posted January 16, 2014 12:24 pm

f~k of Brandon, you sound like my old headmaster!

Posted January 16, 2014 12:13 pm

Oh, for god’s sake, will you grow up. “Through no fault of my own…” It’s entirely his own fault that he hasn’t been able to fight since April. He bet on an injury-prone, aging fighter because he was chasing a big payday. And guess what, he’s crapped out. He lost a gamble and now he’s acting like a petulant child. Once again, grow the hell up.

Posted January 16, 2014 12:06 pm

The WBC is a well financed governing body which means they always suck like a parasite. More boxers need to stick together or y’alls immunity and frustrations will continue

Posted January 16, 2014 11:55 am

He’s put what he wanted to say into the public domain AND saved himself a lawsuit by apologising. Not so stupid.

Posted January 16, 2014 11:30 am

Love Tyson fury. Love his trash talking more than his fighting. They should just put him in the ring with some bums Sonia record can swell as he continues his march towards being number 1.

Posted January 16, 2014 10:38 am

The WBC are crooks and I agree with Fury’s statements criticizing them. However, it was smart for Fury to apologize. Sometimes in “real life” you have to lie and apologize.

Posted January 16, 2014 10:30 am

Man he shouldn’t have retracted his statement. The WBC are crooks.

Posted January 16, 2014 10:25 am

Typical loud mouth Pikey.
