I hope Bundrage don’t catch any murder charges after the fight cuz he will destroy Berto

big head

berto should win he faster he younger but one thing k9 can give berto trouble is on the inside berto aint a good inside fighter k9 might rough him up in there and bully him i think if berto use his jab go to k9 body then k9 going to get tired he already look like he was tired when he fought spinks

Mike Jones got exposed. When Berto got tested, he gave us a great war. Remember, Berto was hurt badley in the second round and never recovered against Ortiz. Real champions don’t just get knocked out like Mike Jones did. He was exposed. So yeah, Andre Berto ain’t no Mike Jones.

Berto might be more talented but he doesn’t have the ring iq to use it.You don’t naturally have a better skill than anybody else you work on it.K9 is threat just like bailey if he lands that right hand you’re in trouble.Too close to call but i bet it’ll be war.War k9.

Its Me, Ernie

Berto has the superior skills, but K9 could hopefully get lucky…

My first thoughts are as Berto moves up to fight Bundrage is that the advantage belongs to Berto he should be bigger and more powerful than ever because he started his career at middleweight. He was a natural middleweight at the start of his career who dropped down to welterweight.

Bundrage = James Kirkland

The Kingslayer

Sweet. If Berto wins this will set up a fight with Canelo, Cotto or Mayweather.

K9 will be bringing the dogs out on Bertoe, Bertoe will be taken deep waters late and get knocked out.

Berto will get the job done against Bundrage and he will be much stronger at 154.

The Russian Tyson

I think that the move up in weight is going to be helpful and successful for Berto.

Good. We’ll see what Bundrage is made of.

Bundrage is strong but limited. I think Berto will win this one.

Does anyone else find it funny that Berto is moving up in weight – without ever facing a quality opponent at Welterweight? My bad – the one time he did face a decent opponent – I thought he lost the fight when facing Collazo. Sorry to say – he’ll lose to K9 based off the opposition he’s been facing and now he’s stepping up in weight – thinking it will be an easy title for himself. As much as I like the kid – I don’t believe he’s been really challenging himself – like he should have been.

“…Bundradge whole coming off of…”

Great fight for Berto, I believe he’s going to beat K9 up. K9 has that hercy jercky style just comes in and it is what it is, but if Berto use his skills-he will not only beat but stop K9. A few years back Joel Julio beat the breaks off of K9 and I believe Berto is more than capable of doing the same

You have to understand that Berto has much better skills and overall ring intelligence than Bundrage. He’s clearly a superior fighter technically. Bundrage is like a really good heavy handed ballroom boxer. I’m not saying Berto is Andre Ward or something but there’s still a clear skill gap between him and K9.

K9 is much stronger and hits harder than Berto. Bertos advantage is drugs and speed. Lol! But seriously Berto is much faster i just don’t think he can handle the pressure and strength of K9. My bets on K9, of all the contenders he’s been the only one that has demonstrated real professionalism and if i’m not mistaken holds a belt. Manfredo major dud. Bika, very strong but always comes up short. Vera, all will and pressure and always makes for a very entertaining fight. Mora is and will always be a disappointment. Ish Smith, must of had some bad weed because once he showed up in the contender he never was the same even after the show. David banks was lights out and hasn’t returned. Those are probably the only ones of the show that showed promise and some done well but not elite status.

lol why the hell would he fight Berto. you sound like me before Ortiz beat Berto senseless. There’s no chance of it happening now.

When Mayweather was talking about taking a second fight this year, I had always thought Berto was the most likely opponent, until his positive test came up. Now Mayweather doesn’t seem likely to fight until next May, when he likely will face Alvarez. But after that, I expect Berto to be back in contention, if he wins this fight.

This is an interesting fight. You know Bundradge is going to bang with this guy.
