Standing at 6’4” Rodriguez is giving up five inches in height, but feels confident in his abilities against the heavy handed southpaw, “Any man that size is going to be dangerous, but all though he is much bigger than me doesn’t necessarily mean he is stronger, I think he will be surprised with my power”, stated Rodriguez.
Rodriguez a native of El Paso, TX has ripped through his opposition stopping all by knock out except for one unanimous decision victory but has banged out nineteen first round stoppages, Dyer a KO artist as well and a former Tough Man champion in the Arkansas/Oklahoma area has knocked out all in his pathway, with eight first round victories. Rodriguez holds the Texas/New Mexico State Titles while Dyer carries the Oklahoma State Heavyweight strap, and this battle of the big men should be a barnburner of an event, somebody will fall!
The two are looking forward to this match up in hopes of earning another victory to their repertoire in their journey to break through as the next hot heavyweight.
