He will be accompanied to the ring by his brother, two-time world champion Jose Luis Castillo. Jose Luis twice fought Diego Corrales this year, avenging the controversial "Fight of the Year" loss this past May by knocking out Corrales last month.

The co-main event features the return to the 8 Count Productions' ring of Gilbert Venegas, 9-1-1 (6KO's) now fighting out of Chicago, IL. Just added to the card is heavy handed Chicago prospect Rudy Cisneros, 8-1 (7KO's) who will appear in a scheduled six round bout. This past Friday night Cisneros devastated Moises Martinez at the Aragon Ballroom with a first round knockout.

Also featured on the undercard is Chicago's finest women's boxer, Rita Figueroa, 5-0 (2KO's) who will battle in a six round junior welterweight bout.
