03.01.04 - By Wes Moore: The year 2003 is over and with it goes another year in the heavyweight division. Many fighters have made statements for the future while some have proven that they don't have anything left to give. The time has come to make choices for the best and worst of this past year. I took votes for a month on the categories listed below and the readers who chose to vote have made their choices. Now without further circumstance here are your choices for the year 2003.
