Lozano looking to continue streak

By Anthony Ivey: Undefeated flyweight contender Daniel Lozano is preparing to make another statement in his division on Friday Feb. 10th at the Al La Carte Pavillion in Tampa, Florida. Lozano, 10-0, was recently crowned the WBC USNBC champion and is showing no signs of slowing down. "Training is going great and I feel ready as always,"states Lozano."I'll shine and do my best". Lozano is confident about his future, but he is not about to overlook the next step.

"I respect my opponent, but he is not on my level. I don't take anyone lightly so I am training just as hard as I always have," states Lozano. What is in Lozano's future is possibility of fighting on the undercard of the Mayweather-Cotto May 5th clash should he get past his next opponent. "Once we get the victory on Feb 10th, we will start talks about being on that undercard," expains Lozano. "I'd like to thank my fans for their support and their belief in me to be world champion. Having their support means alot to me."
