Nevada State Junior Olympics 2011 hosted by NLV Center Ring Boxing & Silver Nugget Casino Las Vegas

By Vanessa McConnell: Last weekend NLV Center Ring Boxing and Silver Nugget Casino hosted the Nevada State Junior Olympics 2011 Semi Finals and Finals for local youth boxers throughout the valley. These kids train hard and are rewarded by giving an opportunity to compete for a medal and trophy along with bragging rights. This month’s winners of the Junior Olympics Include:
April 2nd ~ Semi Finals.

NLV Center Ring boxing establishes and facilitates programs for youth boxers from ages 8 to 18 for free and they promote the improved image of boxing as a sport and to provide positive interactions that facilitate educational, physical, mentoring and mental growth. NLV Center Ring Boxing host monthly amateur boxing events at the Silver Nugget Casino Las Vegas to expose and encourage these young men and women to become Champions of Life.
