Arreola crushes Abell in 1st round TKO

by Andrew Hall: The fight was a joke. The analysis for the Chris Arreola vs. Joey Abell fight tonight lasted longer than the fight it self. Where did they find the clown he fought? What was his name? Who really cares? He was landing some shots but only because Arreola wasn't throwing any punches. As soon as The Nightmare opened up, it was curtains.

Arrreola caught his opponent with a few shots but there is no doubt the fight was stopped too soon. On the other hand, the kid really had no chance to do anything had Arreola been allowed to continue his barrage.

Now, the real thing on everybody's mind is the kiss that Arreola planted on his opponents cheek. It was nice that Cristobal ceased punching when the referee said stop but the kiss was completely disrespectful. What is this, prison? Arreola should be ashamed of himself. He should apologize to the public and learn how to conduct himself like a gentleman and not smart alec.
Where is he going to go from here? He may end up getting another title shot but he will probably have no chance against the Klitchko brothers. He isn't fast enough to penetrate their defenses and he won't be unless he is able to get down to about 225 or 230. Any higher than that and he won't possess the speed necessary to do battle with the Klitchkos.

In conclusion, I think it is important to say that Arreolas actions at the end of the fight was very disrespectful. I think a fine is in order for doing that and I think a beat down is in Arreola's future by one of the Klitchkos.
