11.01.05 - Emmett Linton beat a very tough and game Marcos Primera on Saturday night in the ten round main event at the Emerald Queen Casino’s Battle at the Boat boxing series in Tacoma, Washington. Torres remains undefeated!

David Torres continued his undefeated streak with a first round KO of Michael Haley. Torres only threw one punch, a right hook, and made short work of the fight. “It was a pretty hard punch I caught him with”, Torres said. “He was leaning in and I just connected”.

In the other undercard fights, Kevin Johnson (7-0-0) defeated Will Cook (7-2-0) in a very one-sided eight round punch fest. Darby Smart advanced his record to 6-0 against Sabino Rosario who fell to 3-5-0. Eric “Mighty Mouse” Aiken defeated Terrence Roy in a six round fight. Aiken’s record is now 12-2-0. And, in a double pro-debut, tough puncher Tony Redman tried to box Leslie Watson while Leslie tried to steer clear of Redman. Watson seemed to flail more than box and was eventually disqualified for spitting his mouth piece out again and again and again.
