LOS ANGELES (October 26, 2010) - The November 6 NABO junior welterweight championship and IBF #2 position elimination bout between former World Champion Zab Judah (39-6, 27 KO's) and Lucas Matthysse (27-0, 25 KO's) at Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey is less than two weeks away, and Matthysse's countryman and former Welterweight World Champion Carlos "Tata" Baldomir, who defeated Judah by unanimous decision in January 2006, has been giving his fellow Argentine advice on how to beat the Brooklyn native and thinks Matthysse will win the fight..

"Lucas is stronger than me and has the power to hurt Zab at any point during the fight," said Baldomir. "I think he will eventually knock him out if he takes control of fight from the first round. He has the power and heart to be victorious on November 6."

The 27-year-old Matthysse, who hails from Trelew, Argentina, has been training in Oxnard, Calif. and is sparring with southpaw fighters such as current WBC Middleweight World Champion Sergio "Maravilla" Martinez, agrees with Baldomir's comments adding, "I'm coming to win. I'm very motivated for this fight and have worked extremely hard in camp. I want to bring the victory and belt back to my country."

"Lucas is looking tremendous and working with a lot of passion and dedication," said Matthysse's trainer Luis Dionicio "Cuty" Barrera. "He knows this is a great opportunity to fight a former World Champion and he's ready to put everything on the table. He's in great spirits and ready for November 6."
