Munroe out at 6-4 ahead of world title challenge against Nishioka

BOXING binman Rendall Munroe will have it all to do when he faces WBC super-bantamweight champion Toshiaki Nishioka at Sumo Hall in Tokyo, Japan, on Sunday. The Leicester native can be backed at 6-4 on Betfair to claim the championship belt.

Reigning 122lb champ Nishioka is the 2-5 odds-on favourite to retain the title he has successfully defended for the past six years. The draw is available at 14-1.

Betfair’s Alex Bake said: “Rendall Munroe is one of Britain’s most gifted boxers and a European champion to boot. But Nishioka is renowned for his speed and the punters think he’ll overpower Munroe come Sunday morning.”

Nishioka vs. Munroe Betfair bet: 2-5 Nishioka, 6-4 Munroe, 14-1 the draw.
