Emanuel Steward Boxing Clinic Coming to Houston

On Saturday, September 18, 2010 Legendary Manager/Trainer Emanuel Steward will be conducting a Boxing Clinic in the Houston area. The clinic will be held at CAP Elite, Center for Athletic Performance, located at 466 Rayford Rd. Suite 109 Spring, Texas.At this stage of Stewards' career he wants to share his knowedge, this clinic is for: Boxers, Amateur and Professional, Trainers, Conditioning Coaches, Officials, MMA Enthusiasts, Boxing Fans and those who desires first hand knowledge. "I will share my many years of experiences, both good and bad. We will go through the basic punches and other fundamentals of boxing," says Steward..

Over the past 30 years Steward has trained/managed more than 41 World Champions, his work continues today. Presently Steward is Training World Heavyweight Champion, Wladimir Klitschko and Junior Middleweight World Champion, Miguel Cotto.

Giving back, whom better to speak on this subject than the Legendary Boxing Icon, Emanuel Steward. In The Sport of Boxing there is no standardized requirements or certifications for one to become a boxing trainer, manger, or cut man.

"This is a serious problem the sport of boxing is facing, The liability factor is great when it comes to the safety of the fighter, these clinics are designed to address this issue and begin to FILLTHEGAP. This Boxing Clinic will provide knowledge and insight into what I have learned over the past 56 years in the Sport of Boxing," says Steward.

Basic Boxing Fundamentals
Proper Pad Work
Hand Wrapping

The price of this clinic is $99 per person and a reduced fee for amateur boxers- $45 with USA Boxing Passbook.

Also available will be a $200 VIP front row seat which includes a meet and greet with Steward.
