Huck, Murat and Braekhus celebrate victories at Oktoberfest

The “First Lady” Cecilia Braekhus joined European champions Marco “Captain” Huck and Karo Murat at the famous Oktoberfest in Munich to celebrate their most recent victories. Last Saturday, Huck had deprived Jean Marc Monrose of the European cruiserweight title, while Murat had clinched a points victory over Gabriel Campillo. Braekhus notched her ninth win in as many fights by outpointing Kimberly Harris, leaving the trio with reason enough to celebrate. “It is my first time on the Oktoberfest and it is really great,” Braekhus smiled.

The First Lady, who was wearing a special dirndl dress, certainly had a good time, just like Huck, Murat and coach Ulli Wegner. They were invited by manager Wilfried Sauerland, who has a VIP table in the famous Hippodrom tent. “The atmosphere was incredible,” Huck said. “There is nothing quite like it. We enjoyed ourselves!”

The Oktoberfest is the world´s biggest fair, with over six million people attending every year.
