However, due to what was reported as personal problems Servidei was forced to pull out of the fight. As a consequence he´s been stripped of the title which is now to be contested between Blanco and Ukrainian Oleg Yefimovich.

Yuri Nuzhnenko defends the WBA interim 147 lb title against Cosme Rivera April 19 in Kiev on a K 2 East Promotion. On the undercard giant heavy Alexander Ustinov take on veteran Sedrick Fields.

Turkish welter Selcuk Aydin face South African Lucky Lewele April 25 in Trabzon for the vacant WBC Int´l title. Heavies Odlanier Solis and Steffen Kretschmann appear on the undercard.

AMI Production in France and OPI 2000 in Italy stage a joint promotion July 10 in Clichy, France, with lightweights Stefano Zoff and Anthony Mezaache headlining in a fight for the vacant EU title.

Spotlight Boxing stage another fight night with network Pro Sieben May 10 in Halle / Saale. WBA fly queen Susianna Kentikian headlines against Mary "the Heat" Ortega with EU jr light ruler Vitali Tajbert making the first defence of the title he won in February.

Sauerland Event promote a big show on Saturday April 12in Neubrandenburg. According to Norwegian paper Verdens Gang the next show after that is May 17 in Bayreuth, way down in Bayern, in a show that will feature the up and coming fighters in the promotional outfit. The Norwegian interest in the show means that Sauerland´s First Lady, Cecilia Braekhus is on the bill.

SES stage their first show in Aschersleben in over two years May 16. Headlining are WIBF lightweight titleholder Ramona Kuehne and welter Oliver Guettel.

Spanish supermiddle champ Alexis Callero defends the title against Alfonso Sanchez April 26 on the island of Lanzarote.
