Brian Minto Returns April 27th

Heavyweight contender, Brian “The Beast” Minto (29-2 18ko’s), of Butler, Pennsylvania will headline the 7 bout card on Sunday April 27th at The Mountaineer Casino Racetrack & Resort in Chester, West Virginia. Minto will defend his WBA Fedecentro Heavyweight Title in the 12 round main event against former NABA cruiserweight champ, Chad Van Sickle (22-7-3 12ko’s) of Columbus, Ohio..

Both fighters are coming off wins in their last bouts at The Mountaineer on December 30th. Beginning at 2pm, the undercard will showcase current USBA lightweight champion, Verquan “The Show” Kimbrough (19-1-1 7ko’s) of Alliquippa, Pennsylvania in the 8 or 10 round co-feature.

Also, Jimmy Emrick (3-1 2ko’s) of Butler, Pa. attempts to avenge his only loss against Darryl Spears (1-1) of Indiana in a heavyweight six rounder, while local heavyweight, Billy Greenawalt (1-2) of Youngstown, Ohio collides with newcomer, Brandon Hinkle of Steubenville, Ohio over four rounds. In addition, Cliff Gregory (0-2-1) of Farrell, Pa. battles Youngstown’s Tom Joseph (1-1) in a welterweight four rounder, and Pittsburgh’s Jim Lubash (2-1) and Mike Strauss (3-0) will face opponents to be determined at middleweight and lightweight, respectively.
