Corrie Sanders to Return To Ring!
01.06.04 - Jeff Bastasini: According to a major South African news source, heavyweight Corrie Sanders has announced that he will be coming back to fight at least two more fights before retiring for good. Sanders had previously called it quits after suffering a severe beating at the hands of Vitali Klitschko on April 24, 2004. The South African heavyweight admitted he is desperate for a rematch against Vitali Klitschko to prove that he is a class fighter. However, his chances for a rematch would probably be remote at this time due to Klitschko having other more lucrative opportunities for him. In that case, Sanders may have an opportunity to fight Vladimir Klitschko, who he easily knocked out in two rounds on March 8, 2003.
