Hawaii produces the sweet, beautiful and rare, pineapples, sugar, White Monarch butterflies. But this rough volcanic island mix of rock and rain, sand and sea, waterfalls and flowers brings women’s boxing a tough competitor. With her home-state experiences, running on mountain trails, surfing and swimming, and an incredible amateur boxing record, Eileen now focuses on professional boxing. She ranks 3rd in the NABF at flyweight, and already top ten in the world at Super Flyweight, 112lbs. on Box Rec.

Six time world boxing champion Emile Griffith observes, "She's damn good, and going places. She's got what it takes to be a champion."
