Daud Cino Yordan wabts the best!
Returning home a national hero to his home town of Sukadana, West Kalimantan Indonesia, the Man known as “Indonesian Thunder” Daud Cino Yordan is looking ahead for the first World title defense of his newly won IBO World Lightweight title .
Yordan defeated Daniel “Tatu” Brizuela for the title in Perth, Australia at Metro City on the July 6th and became the first 2 division Champion (Featherweight & Lightweight) in the history of Indonesian Boxing & is looking for new Challenges.
Yordan wants to take on the division’s best & the biggest name in the Lightweight division is non-other than Yuriorkis Gamboa. Yordan would respectfully like to extend a Challenge to Gamboa one more time.
When asked on the possible location, Yordan advised that the ideal location would be on the Pacquiao v Rios Blockbuster event in Macau in November 23rd. This will be a historical event in Asian boxing and I would love to be part of it & represent my people from Indonesia.
I will discuss this fight with my Promoters, Dragon Fire. They would have to reach an agreement with 50 cent, (SMS Promotion) & Top Rank, if not no problem; I’m ready for anyone, anywhere, anytime.
Top Rank are proven World Class promoters and Asian boxing is booming, so if the offer is right it would be a tremendous honor to fight on the same card as the legendary Manny “PACMAN” Pacquiao,.
Yordan says, “Manny is an inspiration to me, Pacquiao & Chris “The Dragon” John are the two biggest names in Asian Boxing. I have watched Pacquiao since I was a young boxer. His fights are all action fights & have inspired my boxing technique. I am Indonesian but from Chinese decent and it would be a humbling experience to fight from where my family originated from”.
Who could think of a better Co-Feature to what is sure to be all out War when Brandon “Bam Bam” Rios takes on Boxings only 8 Weight Division Championship winner, Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao. This would have to be a fight card of the year candidate.
What a fight it would be, “The Indonesian Thunder” vs “El Ciclon de Guantánamo”
