Quillin vs. Konecny Officials Announced

SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO- World Boxing Organization (WBO), by president Francisco “Paco” Valcarcel, announced today the referee and judges who will work this Saturday, April 19, in the third title defense of the WBO middleweight champion Peter “Kid Chocolate” Quillin against the #2 ranked Lukas Konecny, to be held at the DC Armory in Washington DC, in a Golden Boy Promotions presentation.

For this fight between the unbeaten Quillin (30-0, 22 KOs), from United States, and Konecny (50-4, 23 KOs), a former WBO interim junior middleweight champion from Czech Republic, the referee will be Kenny Chevalier, from Maryland, United States.

Meanwhile, the judges for this bout are the Americans Michael Pernick (Florida), Wiiliam Lerch (Chicago) and Steve Rados (Washington DC).

The WBO supervisor for this fight will be John Duggan.
