DOVER, Del. — Ed Sutor, President and CEO of Dover Downs Hotel & Casino, announces the fight card for the Friday Night Fights series event on April 12, in the Rollins Center®.

Heavyweight superstar Amir “Hardcore” Mansour of Penns Grove, N.J., a crowd favorite in the Rollins Center, is eager to protect his perfect record of 17 wins, 13 by knockout, in the headliner against Devin Vargas of Toledo, Ohio, with 18 wins – seven by knockout – and two losses.
