John Molina Jr. scores another KO on ESPN; Shakur Stevenson

Santa Fe. New Mexico (Jan. 14) – In a dominating performance, John Molina Jr. completely dismantled Dannie Williams en route to a “lights out” fourth round KO. This successful defense brings his record to a (25-2, 20 KO’s) at the Pueblo Pavilion in Santa Fe, New Mexico and puts Molina right back into lightweight picture.

The ESPN card also included, undefeated super middleweight Brandon Gonzales, who also improved his record to (17-0-1, 10 KO’s) with a unanimous decision win over the tough veteran Don Mouton. A packed house of Santa Fe’s appreciative fans enjoyed the ESPN broadcast and world class bouts.

NEWARK, NJ (January 14, 2013)—The Elite Heat Boxing Gym would like to congratulate Shakur Stevenson for his victory at the 2013 Jr. World Team Tourney in Reno, Nevada.

The 114 pound Stevenson of Newark won three bouts which included his title winning effort over Noah Contreras in the finals by a score of 16-8.

Stevenson is trained by his grandfather Walli Moses and Robert Griffin and has an amateur record of 73-7.

Stevenson recently traveled to Russia and took home the Velez Cup.
