Iron Boy 11 – Santiago vs Martinez

PHOENIX — February 11, 2014 — It was the fight that seemed destined to never be made. It wasn’t until Alexis “Beaver” Santiago (15-3-1, 7KO) won the WBC USNBC Bantamweight title at Iron Boy 9 in September that his team and that of Hanzel “El Tornadito” Martinez (20-1, 16KO) would agree to the fight. Santiago, coming off of an undefeated 2013, will finally get his wish on February 22nd when he steps into the ring and puts his title on the line against Martinez. Fight fans worldwide will have the opportunity to watch this compelling match-up streaming live and free at www.iron-boy.com. Valley fight fans can watch the fights live at Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix.

The lead-up to Santiago vs. Martinez was chronicled by the Momentum the Series crew, who braved paintballing with Santiago, and traveled to Tijuana during filming. This behind-the-scenes look at the athletes’ preparation for their bout will debut on the Momentum the Series YouTube page on Saturday, February 15th.
