Harry Joe Yorgey-Lee Murtagh world title fight press conference and meet and greet set for Monday night

Come out and meet Bridgeport PA’s own “Lightning” Harry Joe Yorgey (27-2-1, 12Ko’s) at 6PM on Monday night at the Point on 23 in Bridgeport, PA as he finishes his training and is prepared to speak candidly about his WBU world championship contest against Ireland’s Lee Murtagh (33-15-1, 1KO) to be held at the Santander Arena in Reading, PA on Saturday night November 30th.

“Lightning” Harry Joe Yorgey, who is coming off two hard fought victories against heavy handed “Vicious” Julius Kennedy, looks to make the jump back into the national spotlight now that he is comfortable in the middleweight division. When the offer came to fight for the WBU world middleweight championship title against wily Irish veteran Lee Murtagh, Harry Yorgey of Bridgeport, PA jumped at the opportunity. It will be a terrific chance for my fans me as I fight for more my first world championship, very close by in Reading, PA at the Santander Arena,” said Yorgey.

Standing in Yorgey’s way on November 30th will be Ireland’s gritty southpaw Lee Murtagh. The former Irish junior middleweight title holder looks to bounce back into from a respectable point’s loss to Hector “Macho” Camacho Jr. Murtagh had won the Irish middleweight title for the second time with a sixth round stoppage of previously undefeated Joe Hillerby (7-0, 2KO’s) on July 21st 2012. It was the first and only time that Hillerby has been stopped as a professional. Murtagh successfully defended the title last December in Belfast, Northern Ireland with a ten round unanimous decision victory over Willie Thompson. Murtagh knows a win over Yorgey and the acquisition of the WBU middleweight title will put him back on track for even more lucrative bouts and should be in tip top shape, come November 30th.

The ten round co-feature of the evening on the loaded card promoted by Marshall Kauffman’s Kings Promotions, will be a heavyweight battle for the WBU intercontinental title as Reading’s own Travis “G.W. hope” Kauffman (26-1, 19KO”s) takes on Manuel Quezada (29-7, 18KO’s).

Come out and meet “Lightning” Harry Joe Yorgey as he speaks candidly about his first world title opportunity at the Point on 23 in Bridgeport PA on Monday night at 6PM.

Yorgey will be signing autographs and speaking candidly to those who come out on night as he prepares for first world title fight.
