Treasure has also beaten former world champion Demarcus Corley who recently knocked out World Boxing Association (WBA) world number ten Paul McCloskey.
World Boxing Council (WBC) world champion Danny Garcia was pushed all the way by Ashley ‘Treasure’ Theophane winning by a slender split decision with one round being the difference. Danny would go onto knock Amir Khan out in four rounds.
Theophane is targeting the world’s best fighters but first he must come through his 38th fight on World of Champions 24th August promotion.
