Boxeo Telemundo Ford Summer Series Starts Friday

Miami, FL: All Star Boxing, Inc and Tuto Zabala, Jr will begin their summer season of the popular series Boxeo Telemundo Ford this Friday, June 21 at the El Plaza Condesa in Mexico City, in the main event undefeated prospect Matt “Mighty” Villanueva (9-0-1-8 KO’s) of Burbank, California faces former world title challenger Julian “Chicano” Rivera (12-7-1-2) of Barrio Tepito, Mexico City in a bout schedule for 10 rounds with the vacant WBO Latin superflyweight title at stake.

On June 28 from the Kissimmee Civic Center, Kissimmee, Florida a clash between two former world champions, Joan “Little Tyson: Guzman (33-1-1-20 KO’s) of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic battles Vicente “El Loco” Mosquera (32-2-1-17 KO’s) of Panama City, Panama for the World Boxing Association interim Jr. Welterweight Title schedule for 12 rounds. Also on the show WBO #1 contender Orlando “El Fenomeno” Cruz of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

July 5th from Salon Cuervo in Mexico City, Mexico a highly anticipated civil war rematch when David “El Duro” Carmona (15-1-3-8 KO’s) faces Danny “El Venado” Flores (14-4-8 KO’s) for Carmona’s WBO Youth superflyweight title schedule for 10 rounds.

And to close the season July 12 from A La Carte Event Pavilion in Tampa, Florida local favorite Charlie Serrano (15-3-1-4 KO’s) of Puerto Rico will face Aalan Martinez (14-2-1-10 KO’s) of Mexico for the vacant WBO Latino featherweight title schedule for 12 rounds.
