Anthony “Lights Out” Smith Pro Debut

Las Vegas, NV…..Super featherweight Anthony “Lights Out” Smith makes his pro debut Saturday, May 25 against Denis Madriz, (0-1-1) at the Citizen’s Business Bank Arena in Ontario, CA on a card promoted by All Star Boxing.

Smith is a 20 year old native of Kalamazoo, Michigan now residing in Las Vegas, Nevada and is trained by Jeff and Roger Mayweather at the Mayweather Boxing Club. Part of the newly formed “Mayweather Hit Squad,” Smith touts an amateur record of 51-6, which includes being a Michigan Golden Gloves runner up.

“Boxing is my passion,” he said. “The experience of training with the Mayweather’s, and the hard work, I’m ready for May 25, and ready to start winning.” Smith’s manager, Jared Weiss is enthusiastic about his fighter. “Anthony “Lights Out” Smith, I also call him Baby Mayweather- he’s got style, he loves to fight, and brings excitement to the ring. I promise this- Anthony is the next fighter everyone needs to watch,” Weiss said.
