DISH Network Satellite TV Presents Tyson vs. Etienne, Ruiz vs Jones Jr on DISH On Demand Pay-Per-View

Littleton, Colo., Feb. 10, 2003 - DISH Network(tm) (NASDAQ: DISH), a leading direct broadcast satellite television provider, announced today that it will offer the Mike Tyson vs. Clifford Etienne boxing match on DISH On Demand Pay-Per-View. The Tyson and Etienne fight is scheduled for 10-rounds on Saturday, Feb. 22 at 10 p.m. ET (with a pre-show beginning at 9 p.m. ET) from the Pyramid Arena in Memphis, Tenn.

DISH Network will offer Tyson vs. Etienne on channels 455 and 470 for $24.95. Mike Tyson (49-4, 43 KOs), a former World Boxing Council heavyweight champion, will be challenging Clifford Etienne (24-1-1, 17 KOs), current International Boxing Association (IBA) heavyweight champion, in this duel.

Tyson vs. Etienne will also be available to DISH Network Showtime subscribers on channel 320.
