Maskaev vs Sadikovski, Scully vs Corleone Feb. 15 in Maine

02.02 - www.TheDailySports.com, Inc. announced that TWO Main Events are scheduled as Professional Boxing makes its return to Maine with "FIGHT NIGHT" At The Multi-Purpose Center in Lewiston, Maine on Saturday, February 15, 2003.

Scheduled to appear as one half of the double-Main-Event Card, is Former World Heavyweight Contender, Oleg Maskaev, 22-5 (17 KOs). He takes on the Tough Errol Sadikovski, 4-10 (3 KOs) in an 8-round Heavyweight Battle.

The second part of this dual Main Event extravaganza will feature New England's "ICEMAN", John Scully, 38-11 (21 KOs) battle Michael "The GodFather" Corleone, 11-19-3 (2 KOs) in an 8-round Light Heavyweight bout.

"We are delighted that Oleg Maskaev will make his return to the ring on our show in Lewiston on February 15th. He will help kick off our quest to bring Professional Boxing back to Maine on a regular basis. Every time I think of Maskaev I can't help but see him send Former World Heavyweight Champion, Hasim Rahman through the ropes, knocked out cold, in the 8th round of their fight in Atlantic City in November 1999. He added, "Add John Scully, who's determination and focus is on one thing; getting another shot at a title, has had him in the gym working hard for the past six-weeks, matched up with the always tough Corleone to round out the two main events. This card should not be missed. We want Professional Boxing to make a triumphant return to Lewiston, Maine and feel we have put together a great night of pro boxing to make it happen."

Also scheduled to appear is Lewiston native, Don Labbe, 2-2 (1 KO) who will face off against Portland's John "Rumble" Webster, 6-4-2 in a 4-round Light Heavyweight bout. This is a real grudge match, pitting Lewiston against Portland and is sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Tickets will be available at the Ramada Inn in Lewiston beginning on Tuesday, February 11 through Friday, February 14. Tickets will be sold the day of the event at the door beginning at 6:00pm or until supplies last.

The first bout is scheduled to begin at 7:30pm with the doors opening at 6:30 pm.
