Three R&R Promotions fighters collect WBC USA titles over the weekend

CINCINNATI (Dec. 4, 2013) – Another fun-filled night of boxing was presented by R&R Promotions Saturday night at the Duke Energy Center with three fighters part of their stable — Brandon Bennett, Aaron Pryor Jr., and William Jackson — collecting WBC USA championship titles. The Thanksgiving weekend event was a sold out one packed to standing room only. In the main event, Bennett, one of Cincinnati’s top contenders, picked up his 17th victory against undefeated Canadian Roody Pierre-Paul.

The 10-round win was a statement for Bennett who was looking to add another quality win on his road to a world title opportunity. The 25-year-old southpaw trains alongside three-time world champion Adrien Broner and serves as his chief sparring partner for all of his fights. The 130-pounder is now 17-1 (7 KOs). Pierre-Paul received his first defeat and is now 7-1 (4 KOs). Continue reading

R&R Promotions presents Championship Fight Night Nov. 30

R&R Promotions is proud to present three WBC title fights featuring popular Cincinnati boxers Brandon “Untouchable” Bennett, Aaron Pryor Jr., and William Jackson Nov. 30 at the Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati. The “Championship Fight Night” event will be an exciting night of boxing with 12 bouts scheduled in total and is the first time in the USA three WBC titles will be up for grabs in one event.
