Kieran McLaren Keeping Busy

Kieran McLaren is enjoying life in the professional boxing ranks and is aiming to keep himself busy after making his debut earlier this month.

The former Queensbury Police ABC star enjoyed a winning debut when he put Nuneaton journeyman to the sword in Cannock at the beginning of October. It was a special night for both boxers with McLaren making his debut and Laight competing in his 200th fight. Continue reading

Boxers Visit Football Club

Plymouth boxing duo, Courtney Richards and Chris Adaway, visited Plymouth Argyle on Saturday ahead of their big fights this weekend.
The local pair were invited to Home Park to see the Green Army defeat Carlisle United 1-0 and, at half-time, got to tread on the sacred turf.
Richards and Adaway were joined by fellow Plymouth boxer, Christian Hoskin-Gomez. The trio, who all fight out of Carl’s Boxing Stable in Plympton, enjoyed their afternoon as Richards showed off his British Bronze Masters Cruiserweight title and promoted Sunday’s ‘Best of Devon 2’ boxing show at the Plymouth Guildhall. The 21 year-old debuts at lightweight against Swindon’s Joe Beeden at the Plymouth Guildhall on Sunday, 26th October.
