old guy

no, it’s not over because of this fight. It is over because of the downward trajectory over the last 3 fights.

i agree with you HMU but i do think if manny wants to keep his career goin for maybe two more years his next fight back should not be marquez Theres other guys he can fight and if he wants his revenge set their retirement fight in a year and a half or so if they are still up for it

“But you can’t find where i said UD ANYWHERE” I can, Braggadamus : In the thread under the article “Pacquiao vs. Marquez IV: Firmly on the Fence, by Paul Strauss, Dec. 6, 2012. Here’s your post, cut and pasted:

I predict that Marquez will win by UD!

All this post fight analyzing is not going to change the conclusion of the fight. Manny lost and he lost by Resounding Knockout, end of story!

This fight was so exciting that even if the fifth fight ends the same way, as long as Manny does not suffer a career ending injury, I believe that Manny’s career will not suddenly be over as fan interest will remain high since the pairing of Pacquiao and Marquez has yielded such competitive and exciting fights (Is that a run on sentence or what?). This fourth fight was not the same as Amir Khan’s getting K.O.’d by Danny Garcia. Eight and one half years of fighting history places Pacquiao vs. Marquez on an entirely different level.
