GOOD thing that AMATEUR opinion does not trump EXPERT opinion. All EXPERTS agree with ME and rank Mayweather higher than Pacquiao. AMATEUR opinions won’t change it.Posted September 4, 2014 9:54 pm
Hecdog!!! That is my choice for comment of the year what you just posted!Posted September 4, 2014 9:23 pm
no matter the pre- promotional HYPE in actual Sept. 13 fight night like the other Mayweather fights it’s gonna be BORING and predictable. Only Maidana will show up to engage and the other self proclaimed great boxer will do the usual unexciting moves like elbow roll, running, hugging and throwing powerless jab or 2 per round. if that ain’t boring to you i dunnoPosted September 4, 2014 3:52 pm
Da UnKnown Comic
You should say he’s only the second “MAN” to get a rematch with Floyd. Not the second “PERSON”. A couple of his baby mommas had rematches with him too.Posted September 4, 2014 2:54 pm
I’d rather have my modest salary, masters degree and some integrity.
He comes off as a try hard and he’s always had way too much of an agenda when it comes to Mexican fighters. I am sure he is a sad, lonely man in the real world that never lived up to his potential. But he’s a star on ESB, good for him.Posted September 4, 2014 2:23 pm
Te Tumbo has always been about as solid poster as it gets.Posted September 4, 2014 11:45 am
Did Floyd step on the scale prior to the fight? Floyd looked a lot bigger than 146 lbs in there. I have no idea where the scribe found that piece of information.Posted September 4, 2014 9:24 am
My bet will be on Floyd by UD as usual. I love me some Floyd and ALWAYS bet on him. He is the greatest at boxing just as I am the greatest fight PROPHET ever born!!!!Posted September 4, 2014 7:53 am
Tark is a hypocrite. First he said:
“Floyd fought Mosley after he destroyed Cheato Rito.”
Now he says:
“That means nothing… Mosley beat a defanged MargaCheato… ”
May v g man: May is more skilled I would say. He’s been boxing since he was a foetus. G man is close. He just hadn’t been tested. G man is a predator a move forward risk taker. It’s what I prefer to watch. He’ll never be a superstar though because few want to take the risk.Posted September 4, 2014 5:40 am
to me canelo is the best mexican. i love his style. i think the kids a beast. people forget he is a kid. i really wish canelo well i wanna see him do well. i wanna see him dominate cotto in vegas in a pro mexican crowd. i dont care if the titles are on the line. let fraud fake fraud fight for those titlesAFTER canelo gets that scalp on a mexican holidayPosted September 4, 2014 3:32 am
eastern block fighters are now competeing with the mexicans for most entertaining fighters. klitschko, kovalev, and 3g are maybe the baddest dudes in boxing. 3g is so skilled and everyone around boxing see’s it. including roch. some fools do not know they dont know how to glean from tape. truth is 3g maybe the most skilled his only comparisson is fraud mayPosted September 4, 2014 3:27 am
your disagreement is dully noted. as the tape unfolds you will see gureero is garbage. i just think he is a total product of something other than boxing greatness/success. he is crude feather fisteed lead footed slugger. just a inflated latino scalp for fraud may. like ortiz. and they are not true mexican warriors. they are americans. now guerrero does give his all and thats cool. but he aint mexican school and should not be confounded as such. and im far from mexican in terms of my own lineage. but i dig the phukin mexicans. the mexican warriors. their bada$$Posted September 4, 2014 3:18 am
jmm’s a beast. w/ out pacman i dont know how beastly we would call him. we would still call him a beast but the way his style matches with pax he gets boosted like no other. jmm got dumped by alvarado too. i like jmm. i do think he is on the ped’s and thats justme. i still like the guy. i love mexico and the warriors that come out of there. got nothin but respect for the aztex. they bang dude. they are hands down probably themost entertaining fighters in boxing. if someone competes you let me know. they have warriors down there man. cant take nothing from them. fraud may, thats a dif story.Posted September 4, 2014 3:15 am
HECDOG, my edits and revisions below:
1. Floyd Mayweather’s ranking is based on his ability and UNdefeated record despite facing EVERYone including immediate rematches following his most difficult wins . . . I almost don’t need to go any further . . . but I will.
2. Kell Brook’s ranking is based on his record and last fight v. another promising champion/contender who may turn out to have been vastly overrated because he is American. Stay tuned.
3. Timothy Bradley has been a top fighter for years but displayed extremely poor judgment when he decided to exchange v. Provodnikov and brawl v. Manny*. he exercised good judgment v. Marquez, which demonstrated the difference between avoiding a KO and daring it to happen v. an “older”, “slower”, and “smaller” DINAMITA.
4. Marcos Maidana gives anyone a tough time, and if you break in any way, he will beat you. His experience fighting Mayweather just elevated his game and confidence.
5. Shawn Porter can fight but he may be even more one-dimensional than Pacquiao*, which may place him in the 1/2-dimensional category(?).
6. Robert Guerrero is a good fighter that has been through some tough fighters.
7. Keith Thurman has showed power and some good boxing skills, but he has a way to go.he is tested but unproven until he defeats an elite-level fighter.
8. Devon Alexander is a good southpaw, but does not fight up to his potential.
9. Juan Manuel Marquez is one of the greatest ring-warriors to ever emerge from the boxing nation of Mexico. Fierce, tough, determined, explosive, resilient and multi-dimensional with the ability to score with virtually every punch in boxing’s arsenal from almost any range. his 8-year mission to corner and defeat Pacquiao* was Epic ring-justice. Marquez endured every slight, across each full and half-weight class, and delivered the #1 KO in boxing history to decisively end his rivalry v. Pacquiao*.
10. Amir Khan has good amateur skills, but his glass jaw will not hold up. He is always susceptible to the knockout, but he will be tough for as long as his jaw holds up.Posted September 4, 2014 2:46 am

guerrero is garbage. anyone praising im looks like a fool or will be made to look like a fool. they lack a boxing skill gauge when they talk up guerrero. that guy has nothing in his game to talk up NOTHING. what aspect of his offense or deffense (non existent) are you talking up?
“guerrero can beat anyone, he just needs a new trainer”-hecdog
hecdog, that is phukin retarded son. simple response. not only can guerrero not beat “anyone” he cant beat anyone of significance 140 and above, let alone “anyone” horrible post hecdogPosted September 4, 2014 1:35 am
Fraud is very skilled and a boxing tragedy is that fraud never faced the best available to test that skill against. to let that skill really shine so it is hard to know how good fraud really is, it’s hypothetical. we have seen him fight limited fighters really and not a diverse style. personally i think lara could beat him at this juncture.
as a boxing fan i think it is really too bad fraud may did not fight the best available. i think if he had fought all the best available and won he would be the GOAT. I think because of his clear avoidance of the best available he is not even in the conversation for me personally. a ducker does not get considered on this fight fans greatest of all time listPosted September 4, 2014 1:31 am
It’s hard to say it was maidana. It would mean maidana has tremendous gains under garcia. It’s possible though. fraud declining or fraud facing a guy that can fight that was not post retire, outweighed with fraud not weighing in on fight night, or boiled all the stamina out of him. fraud has faced weak competition. guys with names had issues or simply were from peak like mosely and oscar. fraud may does not have his “morales, barrera, and bradley”
frauds never really had much of a size discrepancy like pacman has had. pac even fought margarito and fraud fake retired
i wish frauds career was characterized by fighting the best available like tszyu, paul williams, pacman, serg martinez, trout, lara, 3g. really good fighers of diverse styles. trout’s style i think would be bothersome for frauds style. paul and austin. but fraud has not faced anyone like them. he fights the ortizs, guerreros, kahns, maidana’s, baldomirs, gatti’s poster retired oscars and mosleys. really its sad. even corales was pretty unrefined. then you have castillo. frauds resume is just simply inferior to pacmans and thats why pacman got fighter of the year. fraud avoids risk or distills it out of any bout while his team mouth piece leonard ellerbe describes the distillation process on all access. just a fraud, a circus, like WWEPosted September 4, 2014 1:25 am

Bust his mug Maidana!!!!Posted September 3, 2014 9:59 pm
Mosley was on the shelf for a long time between his Cheato fight and his Mayweather fight.
16 months… He was ring rusted as well as 38.Posted September 3, 2014 9:57 pm
“Mosely was on the slide…really? He had just KO’d Antonio Margarito!”
That means nothing… Mosley beat a defanged MargaCheato… The guy who couldn’t beat a half decent fighter once his treachery was exposed…
Cheato was still a young man when he was discovered. Mosley was not.
Cheato’s rec. since his guile was uncovered: 4 fights.. NO KO wins.. 3 brutal losses.Posted September 3, 2014 9:54 pm

Mosely was on the slide…really? He had just KO’d Antonio Margarito! So now Floyd beats him and he was old? lolPosted September 3, 2014 6:36 pm
That’s all you can remember? you must be a “kid”…he’s been in the sport for 17yrs. What about Hernandez, Corales, Castillo, Corley, Gatti…they were no threat to beat Floyd? Do your homework before talking out your ass.Posted September 3, 2014 6:34 pm
Mayweather by knockout in round 11. Not really interested in this fight at all. Floyd should fight Pac, Thurman, Brook, Khan or Bradley. Somebody who has a chance of beating him. The best guys he fought where on the slide, such as Hatton, Cotto, De La Hoya and Mosley. Alvarez and Ortiz over-rated. Or he fights at his preferred weight. Floyd is really a smart businessman and has craftily built a legacy by fighting the right guys at the right time at the best weight for him. I’m bored of seeing him fight guys I know he will beat.Posted September 3, 2014 6:19 pm

Western Athletes don’t need to learn a damn thing from Asian Athletes at the end of the day different cultures produce different individuals that can be respected and valued.. Trying to tell people now to live their lives is NOT not a cool ideal, as long as the law is not being broken and no one is being hurt everyone has a right to their own attitude and freedom of expression…Posted September 3, 2014 11:26 am
Mayweather is the A side so things are going to favor him. All A side fighters do this. It is nothing new. And for folks trying to use boxing history to try and make a point. You actually have to know your boxing history. For instance Floyd called Mosley out but Mosley said no and fought Oscar instead. Was Mosley ducking Floyd at the time? Dumb idiots.Posted September 3, 2014 10:23 am
Hatred will not make Floyd lose. No two individual are the same. There are people who respect, admire and love Floyd. Let the game judge the loser. No matter what funs say, the fight will be between Maidana and Mayweather and funs will not help much. I have no doubt that Floyd will win again if the fight is clean. Let ring boxing be boxing and not made into a Street Fight, MMA, kickboxing or wrestling.Posted September 3, 2014 10:14 am
Isn’t Manny fighting Chris?
And he is going to lose that fight tooPosted September 3, 2014 9:55 am

Anonymouse, tell GGG to move up to heavy and fight Klitschko then, coz thats the equivalent of wat u want Floyd to do by fighting him. hes gonna have to earn it the hard way, just like Floyd did.Posted September 3, 2014 6:18 am
Here in Asia sporting champs tend to be modest. It is a fine attribute Asians have that western athletes can learn from.Posted September 3, 2014 4:56 am
That old little kid is a joke! that’s why he never going to fight Golovkin even at 154, and that’s why he didn’t fought Pacquiao between 2008 and 2011, the same with Mosley in 1999/2000, and Pernell Whitaker schooled Junior!Posted September 3, 2014 4:34 am
At least Mayweather is fighting someone with a pulse. Still think he is garbage thou, just like Porter and Bradley.Posted September 3, 2014 4:31 am

Mayweather in a boxing lesson as he did Canelo, and Gurerro. Those two have the same slow plodding style as Maidana. Too Maidanas credit he showed more guts and didn’t take no for an answer and pressured Mayweather for 12 rounds. The other two just never found Mayweather or landed anything hard.Posted September 2, 2014 8:46 pm
