If khan beats his next opponent then he will go for Mayweather next and not Brook!Posted August 23, 2014 9:20 am
Tark, is Khan worse than Marco Antonio Rubio? I suppose he is WORSE than just about everyone you can think of?? Meanwhile you were BIG on Khan after he stopped Judah NOW you are treating him like an utter bum.. His weaknesses are known but pretending he is a walkover opponent is just more of your flipflopping…Posted August 22, 2014 12:52 pm
The public and MANY posters would have and still will give Floyd grief for fighting Khan because he got stopped 2x and spends a lot of time on the canvas… Mayweather ain’t ducking that fool! The minute Floyd says “I am fighting Khan” the same folks saying he ducked him will say “He is cherry-picking” predictable..Posted August 22, 2014 12:50 pm
Porter got beat up fair and square. Brook did a job on him and Porter can’t hang with the new Champ. Funny how these slicksters like Porter, Broner, Gamboa, Trout are getting their butts kicked. FM maybe next!!Posted August 22, 2014 1:05 am
Khan 29-3 lost 23 ko out of 32 fights
Let’s also not forget khan dropped maidana in pain body punch, full count, and won in a UD. Floyd can’t even hurt maidana. LOLPosted August 21, 2014 11:51 pm
Floyd should have picked Khan what is he doing fighting Maidana again. He obviously ducked Khan. He dont want to fight Khan he knows he’ll have problems with Khan. Khan will knock Floyd out if they ever fought the same way he knocked out zab judah and paulie malignagi. Khan has the speed to give anybody fits.Posted August 21, 2014 11:28 pm
Brooks talk to much, too much ego, porter was stupid, and didn’t change tactic, bum rushing wasnt working?
Like it or not khan was on Floyd waiting list for a long time, Floyd avoiding, because Floyd will get counter back by khan, look at jab Judah, fast hard left hook, was beating Floyd 4 round and sr mayweather got into the fight. LOL
Khan just move up to 147 lb last fight from 140 all this time.Posted August 21, 2014 10:51 pm
Tark khan last fight move up to 147 lb he manager made him stay there, he was starving himself, he a tal .fellow. Look what happen when he ove up, 3 knock down in a row, and a new trainer. He learn to hold his weak spot. Khan might drop brook a few time I would not be surprised.
Khan is a defenseless wonder..
He’s one of the worst top rated boxers I’ve ever seen at ducking, slipping, or rolling punches. He gets hit flush in the head as often as George Groves does. He clinches with all the finesse of Groves — and his infighting skills are on a level with Groves.
I wonder if Khan and Groves are fans of each other???Posted August 21, 2014 8:30 pm
Anonymous just earned himself the DUNCE cap of the Year!!! Congrats!!!Posted August 21, 2014 1:48 pm
As for Brook, he will try and KO Khan and could possibly get knocked down but I take Khan by KO over Brook.Posted August 21, 2014 1:34 pm

This is a logical fight for Brook to pursue, he would be making some waves fighting a domestic rival. And if he wins he starts the conversation for a shot at the Big dogs…Posted August 21, 2014 9:30 am

2 articles in one day following countless others by this author since the Brook/Porter fight urging Khan not to face Brook? Seems like the writer is the one with a chip on his shoulderPosted August 21, 2014 8:47 am
Only one wrong prediction Boxtra?? Then what happened to these?
A good choice Squeale
Khan brings nothing???? So seeing Khan wobbled and dropped, and do the Punjabi Bambi Dance is nothing? Everyone loves seeing a mouthy fk getting turned into a trainwreck. Yeah it isnt elite boxing but it is elite enjoyment.Posted August 21, 2014 7:16 am
s2n ir right, Khan is above himself, its Brook who holds the cards, Khan brings nothing to the table apart from his name, which by now is surely tainted after KO losses.Posted August 21, 2014 7:08 am

‘I don’t hate khan because he is a camel furker who believes in a false God. I hate him because of his poor stance.’
As un PC as that comment is, it’s still quite funny.Posted August 21, 2014 6:09 am
Truly terrible article. Misinformed and very subjective (and with more than a hint of anti-Brook sentiment). Why does ESB allow things like this to be published. FYI, Brook vs Khan will be held at Wembley in May – assuming Khan has the balls to sign up to the fight.Posted August 21, 2014 5:37 am
What is it with the writers of these articles and there hate towards Brook? The man doesnt sound desperate. .he has wanted to fight Khan for ages but Khan has always ducked him and been full of excuses.
One more thing. He actually said, ‘Brook won the title, so now he’s earned his shot’. Noooo, he earned his shot and then won the title. Fighting you is not a shot. He still thinks he’s a champion.Posted August 21, 2014 4:15 am
Khan has a vocabulary of around 100 words. He’s not very bright. He probably got schooled himself in sparring, but is too dumb to realise it. It’s incredibly annoying when he refers to himself as ‘we’ all the time. WE were looking at the Mayweather fight. Get yourself some dignity man. Stop mentioning the M word. Also, it wasn’t WE that avoided Alexander, it was YOU. Many years of therapy needed for this guy.Posted August 21, 2014 4:13 am

Brook is wise he gets Khan huge money and should he KO Khan as I see it, then all Brits fall in love with him. Guess what he can invite Thurman and the winner gets Floyd. Froch is almost out the door, he beats Khan he is the new boxing star across the pond. It’s that simple people.Posted August 21, 2014 3:55 am
SS says.., “You know you enjoy watching his fights. You will never miss a Khan fight. Khan is a fighter, he fights, he can outbox anybody but hes a fighter hes got a big heart.”
If he had any heart he would have faced Alexander… and wouldn’t have been running from Brook all these years.
You’re doing a whole lot of thinking for me – and for Khan… I don’t enjoy watching Khan because he makes so many mistakes.. Amir has no clinching skills or inside fighting skills.. He’s a terrible boxer who gets hit with LOOPING BLOOPING punches..
Khan admitted he was terrible — and that’s why he said he switched trainers — to get some defensive skills going.
However, he’s not very bright … so Hunter hasn’t been able to teach him much.
And I’m no racist… I’m a big supporter of anybody with great all around skills.Posted August 21, 2014 2:25 am
Tark – Your a racist and a hater. I been reading your comments and your always hating on Khan like its personal or hate. You know you enjoy watching his fights. You will never miss a Khan fight. Khan is a fighter, he fights, he can outbox anybody but hes a fighter hes got a big heart. He also gives back to communities. He beats Kell with pure hand speed and power. Tark you got boxing insight but you ruin it by exposing yourself as an Amir Khan hater. Is it because Khan is Muslim you hate him and discredit him everytime? Or is it because you know deep down in your heart that he would beat Floyd if they ever fought? You know it dude you know it and everyone who knows boxing knows it.Posted August 21, 2014 1:27 am

Besides Jones and Hopkins who else???
Calzaghe and brook aren’t Elite fighters… Good but not ElitePosted August 20, 2014 11:46 pm
The weak chin is abt the biggest flaw a boxer can have. Successful careers can still be made. But that glass chin is always there. Khan has good boxing skills no doubt. His inside game is non existent. While his chin is glass, his mouth runs on a very strong motor. That is why people like me don’t like him much.
Still, to be balanced, on the plus side he is usually in fun fights and his style contributes a lot to that.
But the chin…he can be laid out at any moment of any fight.Posted August 20, 2014 11:42 pm
Porter took the loss like a Champion, he will be back.Posted August 20, 2014 9:55 pm
Kell Brook, took the title, can he go 46-0 like Calzaghe, don’t under estimate Brook, they did with Calzaghe, too good.Posted August 20, 2014 9:52 pm
“Khans certainly has no iron chin, but he wouldn’t have stayed conscious through the maidana fight if he was as fragile as some claim he is.”
Joe Cortez was obviously favoring Khan by breaking numerous “clinches” where Maidana had a hand free to punch. Never saw anything quite like that. As it is, Roach said he was a hair’s breadth from stopping it a couple times.
But who on the world level has Maidana KO’d? He couldn’t get ancient Morales out.Posted August 20, 2014 9:49 pm
Go after MayweatherPosted August 20, 2014 9:25 pm
Khan is over rated try going after Mayweather nextPosted August 20, 2014 9:25 pm
Khans certainly has no iron chin, but he wouldn’t have stayed conscious through the maidana fight if he was as fragile as some claim he is. He is a confident, self promoting fighter and people hate that. So they exaggerate his flaws.Posted August 20, 2014 9:14 pm
“I think he might end up scaring Khan away with the way he’s coming across as so desperate for the fight.”
On reflection, I like this for brook. He gets a home coming fight, makes a nice earner, and assuming he wins, would be placed nicely for the next fight in the states if he so desired. I have a problem with khan though: I don’t think he deserves this fight, but we have plenty of other undeserved fights going on so what’s the big deal abt one more. It would be devastating for brook to be beat by me piss and wind glass chinny chin chin.Posted August 20, 2014 8:49 pm
Khan has always said that Brook was not in the same league as him and that he did’nt need him.
Brook has always been after a Khan fight, that most (including myself thought he did’nt deserve).
But the whole game changer has been Brook’s win over Porter, it was a massive fight for Brook’s career, and completely turns the tables because Brook has a genuine hard fought World Title and Khan has, well, diddly squat.
I’m sure the fight will happen, as it is actually a personsal grudge match.
And when it does, I favour Brook to
Holding a title does not guarantee you a larger purse. Its about who puts buts in seats.Posted August 20, 2014 7:58 pm
Kahn lost Brooks tele number and isn’t eager to find it. Kahn didn’t take a fight with Alexander, no chance in hell he takes a fight with Brook. Kahn still thinks he is owed something by Mayweather. Kahn would have to get use to taking the lesser end of the purse as the challenger. He might want to take some construction paper and crayons and make himself a belt at this rate.Posted August 20, 2014 7:52 pm
The fight will happen, it’s such big money that both parties dare not mess this up. It will sell out Wembley stadium easily, all the tickets will be gone within 48 hours. This fight has been talked about for ages over in the UK, strike while the iron is hot, make the fight. This one will be even better than Froch v Groves.Posted August 20, 2014 7:45 pm
nobody is really blowing brooks trumpet, everyone wants to see him fight a top name be it Kahn, Thurman, Pac or May, Marquez etc but be realistic. Rios is good enough for Manny and Robert Gurerro good enough for Floyd yet your articles all seem to put a brook fight against one of them (which should he win would set up one of the mentioned big fights next year) is somehow unacceptable…
What planet are some of these writers on?Posted August 20, 2014 7:41 pm
Hell, they brought Haye/Audley. Why not this.Posted August 20, 2014 7:40 pm
Hecdog strangely, when you talk about topics other than Pac your comments are actually interesting. Keep it up.Posted August 20, 2014 7:33 pm
A bit different than post-fight when Brook said Khan could “get in the que.” I know he’s wanted this fight for years and Khan did not. Ironic that now it’s Brook holding a title and Khan on the outside looking in. Still am not confident Khan will do it despite the title and hefty payday. The Brits say he’s been ducking Brook all along.Posted August 20, 2014 7:31 pm
It’s good for boxing a new name is being talked about and in the spotlight. Was getting so bored of all the Floyd bul..hitPosted August 20, 2014 7:05 pm
This pundit says.., “Hearn and Brook see the Khan-Brook fight as being capable of selling out Wembley Stadium in London the way that Carl Froch vs. George Groves recently did last May. I don’t believe the fight is nearly big enough to sellout Wembley. If Hearn scales it to maybe 25,000, I can see the fight selling that out, maybe.”
That’s pure lunacy boy… Brook-Khan will SELL OUT Wembley in a couple days. You won’t be able to get tickets. You don’t know WTF you’re talking about.
Don’t you see what the deal is???
Fans didn’t think George Groves could fight… They wanted to see the motor mouthed suckface bite the big one… They wanted to see the look of satisfaction on Carl Froch’s face.
Same difference with this one… British fans want to see Khan knocked spark cold OUT… Of course Khan doesn’t have the guts and confidence of Groves — so he may slink out of the fight like the cowardly bastard he is.Posted August 20, 2014 7:00 pm
Watching live I thought Brook won by 2/3 Rds.watched again next day (with Mr Jim Watt turned right down and found it hard to score more than 2/3 rounds to Porter. Kell clearly won. Khan gets knocked outPosted August 20, 2014 6:53 pm
Biggest money fight over here, no doubt. Kahn has run out of excuses. Not that his initial ones were valid anyway. Time for him to stop fighting substandard opposition, man up and fight the champ.Posted August 20, 2014 6:50 pm
Khan won’t fight Brook. It would end Khan’s careerPosted August 20, 2014 6:47 pm
Porter was delirious thinking that he won the fightPosted August 20, 2014 6:39 pm
Why should Brook tone it down? He is the champion and deserves a Khan fight. How long will Khan put himself on hold waiting for Mayweather to make up his mind? To wait any longer or to waste his prime years with false promises is foolish. Take the Brook fight and see what happens next.Posted August 20, 2014 6:38 pm
Just watched the fight. I had it 10-2 or 9-3 for Brook easy.Posted August 20, 2014 6:36 pm

Strike while the irons hot. Brook is doing the right thing here. A winnable fight, good money and will create some interest on an international level. If Khan wants that FMJ fight he will take this one, giving him some sort of bargaining trinket if he happened to win.Posted August 20, 2014 5:40 pm
khan has the better hand speed but kell’s timing would navigate that. Khan would have to stay extremely focused because as soon as he gets reckless Kell would make him pay. I think Kell wins this one on points in a close fight.Posted August 20, 2014 5:29 pm
It’s a no brainer. Brook v Khan would be a huge fight in the UK, they could pack out Wembley Stadium easily with 80,000 or more. Financially speaking it would be massive. Both fighters would be stupid to risk losing their next fight when this one is staring them in the face. Brook v Khan makes good commercial business sense.Posted August 20, 2014 5:27 pm
Easily sells out Wembley. Khan’s name brings in the casual fan. And what Londoner doesn’t want to see two northerners knock sh!t out of eachother? I’d pay to see that.Posted August 20, 2014 5:25 pm
Your so far out of touch of British boxing you don’t even know it. Brook v Khan would sell out wembley no shadow of a doubt. In terms of ppv it’s bigger than Froch v Groves, you’ve got Matchroom and Golden boy plugging it on both sides of the Atlantic, 25k lol your having a bubblePosted August 20, 2014 5:17 pm
Money talks khan brook would have stadium event interest in England.Posted August 20, 2014 5:06 pm
Khans speed would be too much for Brook to handle. At 147 Khan looked strong , healthy and had way better stamina against Collazo he absorbed a shot that would of knocked out most welterweights. Khan too fast too energetic and more technical now that hes been with Virgil Hunter. Hes not reckless like he was when he was with Roach. He beats Kell up the same way he did Collazo maybe by knock out but Khan definately wins this one.Posted August 20, 2014 4:59 pm
What’s the problem with Brook wanting a Kahn fight..? How does this make him sound “desperate” ..? Brook knows a fight between him and Kahn in the UK would be a monster fight..I’m sure they could give a sh*t about PPV #s in America….these 2 would make bank just by the gate alone….I think this writer is just a fool….IMOPosted August 20, 2014 4:56 pm
