Monsour had Cunningham and let him off the hook . He also did not go to the body more . To many wild head shots missed. Monsour had Cunningham down but could not finish him off . It’s back to the drawing board for monsour . He’s career is not over but he has to go to the body more then go to the head .

I think Mansour deserved the win, but who can argue with something good in Cunningham’s life?

Johnson was stopped prematurely.

A robbery.

Wow.. Is anyone else watching the Stevens Vs. Johnson fight? This is a highly-entertaining WAR!

It’s make or break for both fighters.

Cunningham needs the money for his daughter ( God bless her ).

Mansour has to keep his aura of being avoided and unbeaten. Too old to bounce back- unless the loss is controvercial.

Both men have to be thinking about landing a shot at the WBC title- the only one they could conceivably win.

Wilder, Arreola, and Stiverne are not that intimidating.

big head

tureano also got more abilty then derrick findley and the other guy curtis knockout in his last fight we going to see if he got the chin of a derrick findley and durabilty if he got both of those i see this being a competive fight but i still see stevens winning it tho we see what happens

Tomato Can

This is make or brake for Mansour. I think he’ll land something to stop Cunningham. If he doesn’t he’s not going to be around much longer.

Mansour 223, Cunningham 206.

Both men in great shape, and lighter than in their previous fights.

Both men seem to want to be light on their feet.

Mansour will be quicker than last time, and have better stamina.

This should be a great fight.

Wilder deserves criticism for not stepping up over the years but he’s part of the picture now. He KOd Scott who got robbed against Glaskov, who just beat top rated Adamek. Wilder also KOd Kelvin Price when Price was undefeated and Price is Mansour’s biggest win to date. Wilder also KOd Harrison right after Audley got a couple big wins.

Congratulations to the many top 25 heavyweights who continue to face each other with the one exception being Wilder of course – Wilder’s team must be waiting for all of the to soften each other up before remotely thinking of putting him in with any of them.

that curtis stevens and tureano johnson going to be fireworks to johnson aint a slouch he can fight it just depends on if he can handle stevens power if he can then stevens going to have a long night if johnson sense he can take curtis power he going to come even more harder i like the confidence of johnson and his attuitude but can he be overconfident or he just saying these things trying to get in curtis head johnson is taller but he more of a inside fighter tho i think johnson got to move his head and put his gloves up and use the jab and have his chin down johnson is heavy handed but stevens been in there with ggg so im sure he aint worried about johnson power johnson throws a good uppercut on the inside if johnson come in to brave that can cost him but he come in respecting stevens power he can last i pick stevens but it wont shocked me if it a competive fight and he give stevens a run for his money or even a upset but i take stevens tho if stevens dont knock him out maybe he might outbox him

Cunningham is the better athlete. Faster, more agile, better stamina, more elusive, taller, and better reflexes.

He has more skill and has fought much better opposition.

If he boxes, he can bust up Mansour, tire him out, and win an easy decision.

Mansour had great difficulty closing the ring off against Kelvin Price.

Price had no jab, no skill, slappy punches, and it STill took Mansour 7 rounds to stop him.

Cunningham is light years better than Price.

However, 1 shot from Mansour could end this- if Scott is stupid and exchanges with Mansour.

Cunningham must know Mansour can’t outbox him, but can easily outpunch him.

This is a good fight, and a toss-up, but the name of the game is still boxing. I’d have to give the edge to Cunningham. Credit to both men for taking tough fights and staying active.

Good on you Chris for a quite insightful article but I beg to differ. Amir knows how to cut off the ring to keep in the fight in close quarters and we all know Steve wouldn’t back down and try to stand his ground and this will be his undoing. Peace.
