What’s happening, I see Good!?

Great to hear from you, brother!! Hope all is well with you and yours!!

Don’t be so hard on the 25 year old title holder…lol

Styles make fights, and no one looks good against a crafty fighter like Vanes Martirosyan. He would look impressive and entertaining against someone like Alfredo Angulo…hopefully that fight happens in the near future!!

If you would like to drop me a line sometime, please send me an email at herron.joseph2112 at att….net

Styles make fights, brother…don’t be so hard on Demetrius Andrade for the way his last fight played out, LOL…no one looks good against a very crafty fighter like Vanes Martirosyan.

Judge slowly with this guy…he was a beast in the amateurs and has looked really impressive leading up to this point.

I would love to see how he would fair against Alfredo Angulo…that would be a great fight!!

I see Good

Joeseph Herron Hows it going?? Well Mayweather beat Canelo. I was dissapointed. truth be told TROUT would of given a better show. Styles makes fights and TROUTs style would of given Mayweather problems. But Mayweather would still win. If mayweather ever fights PACMAN (even though PACMAN is on the down slide) then I will give credit to Cherrypicker. Maybe now Floyd will fight PACMAN since hes on the down slide.

I see Good

Pretty pathetic watching that TITLE fight what a JOKE!!! Cherry picker himself could BEAT both of them together at the SAME TIME!!! As soon as Andrea fights another belt holder he will DESTROYED.

Nonito is now campaigning at 126 and has no desire to fight within the Super bantamweight division any longer.

It’s premature to be having thoughts of pitting Walters against Donaire. Walters just successfully defended his title for the first time but now Arum wants to throw him in the arena with one of the top bulls? Besides, has Walters expressed a desire to fight at the super bantamweight level?

I mentioned this during out interview last night…but what really impressed me about Walters during that fight was his ability to use his footwork as the foundation of his defense.

But when Garza did manage to get inside, Nicholas showed very crafty defensive posturing underneath. If you notice, he turns his body and covers up his targets extremely well, but always leaves himself in position to counter…which is unusual for a fighter who is used to using his feet to keep distance.

he looks really good at this point, but i don’t know if his handlers are happy about Top Rank wanting to pit him against Donaire just yet.

Walters stated that he wanted two more fights at the world class level before taking on anyone of Donaire’s stature.

I’m not so sure he gets his wish.

I was ringside for his fight, and it was clearly above the belt.

It was a perfect shot to the solar plexus…the ref just didn’t see and blew the call.

Nicholas knew it and we talked about it after the fight…if my over worked videographer ever gets the interview edited and published, I will post it on ESB.

No problem, Bustajay…that’s why we put up the embedded player for everyone.

We get the majority of out listens via archive…we do the show live because it always makes for a better interview…the energy levels are much higher when fighters, trainers, and managers know that people are listening to them live.

But I was very pleased with Benjamin Whitaker’s interview last night, which begins around the 100 minute mark…just after Adrien Broner’s trainer Mike Stafford.

Ben is one of the best kept secrets in Texas. He seemingly has it all. So far, he’s embarrassing his competition and looks so good, you wonder why no major promoter has signed him yet.

I tend to think that it’s because he’s not a face first brawler and his last name isn’t Garcia or Herrera. I know it sounds ridiculous, but the promoters right now are signing predominately hispanic talent or Eastern European fighters who have these enormous amateur pedigrees.

But I think ben is too good to be overlooked very much longer.

Thanks for the link to the Walters/Garza fight, Joseph. Nice KO by Walters but was that really a low blow just before the KO? Kind of hard to see by the camera angle.

Walters is no JOKE
Sorry I missed the show was stuck on HWY 40 after landing in Memphis, TN

Thanks, Hidalgo…I agree whole heartedly concerning the axeman’s boxing prowess!!

He’s going to be a star! When I met him after the fight this past Saturday night, I had to get him on the show.

He’s got it all!! If you didn’t see him fight this past weekend, look it up on the TR website. He can fight.

Great show tonight Joseph. I really enjoyed listening to Nicholas Walters, Demetrius Andrade and Benjamin Whitaker.

BTW, HBO or ShowTime needs to get Walters on as a boxing analyst and commentator. That guy is sharp!

My apologies for the changes in tonight’s line-up, but big thanks to Nicholas Walters, Demetrius Andrade, Luis Decubas Jr, Mike Stafford, and Benjamin Whitaker!!

Great job, guys!!

A remember being at a show and trying to guess who I would fight. Salita was there and he looked like a wus. I didn’t get to fight him but he fought my boy Vic Paz . Vic beat him down but they gave it to salita. Salita always gets gift decisions in ny so it was a surprise that they didn’t rip of bracero. Go away salita
